Lightweight Silencers

LFS - Lightweight Flexible Silencers provide an economically priced solution to excessive noise within ducted systems. Silencers can be fitted to the inlet / outlet of circular duct fans or to grilles and louvres as required. The silencers may be bent to a maximum radius of 2 x overall diameter with negligible effect on insertion loss values.

Construction
Silencers are manufactured from spun aluminium (spigots), metallised polyester with helical steel support (outer case) and high performance acoustic lining / absorbing material. The sound absorbing material is chemically inert, non hygroscopic and vermin resistant.
